TIRANA-- A small plane crashed on Thursday in southern Macedonia, killing all four aboard, news reaching here from Skopje reported.

The small Cessna plane crashed into a parked car outside the city of Ohrid, about 190 kilometers south of capital Skopje, MIA, Macedonia's official news agency, reported.

It was reported that the plane crashed near a church where thousands of orthodox believers were observing the religious holiday Dormition of Virgin Mary.

Macedonia's Interior Ministry has confirmed the accident and dispatched a team to the scene to investigate the cause of the crash.
