The final round of the consultations of the draft committee was held Sunday at Rehman's residence in Islamabad.

She said that the impeachment motion would be tabled in the National Assembly of Pakistan next week and added that Musharraf could resign according to Article 44 of the country's constitution.

However, on this occasion, she hesitated to inform about the main points of the charge-sheet.

The private Geo quoted sources as saying that Law Minister Farooq H. Naek and other members of the draft committee were given the task of finalizing the charge-sheet against the president, adding that around 20 allegations including gross misconduct and violation of the constitution have been leveled against the president in the charge-sheet.
