Typhoons not likely for Universiade

Shenzhen is not likely to be affected by typhoon during the Universiade period, with most of the games days being hot, according to Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory. They predict Shenzhen will be cloudy on Aug 12, the day of the opening ceremony, and remain cloudy to sunny from Aug 13 - 21, hot. Thunderstorms are likely to hit Shenzhen in the afternoon on Aug 15 and 19.
