Sino-Mongolia-Russia Auto Rally kicks off

HOHHOT- The 2011 China-Mongolia-Russia International Auto Rally kicked off in Zhuun Gar, Inner Mongolia on Sunday, with more than 160 racers and enthusiasts from the three countries.
Nasan, secretary of the organizing committee, told Xinhua that the scale of the 2011 Rally is the largest since the event was inaugurated in 2006.
And motorcycle race was included in the competition agenda for the first time this year, and all cars and motorcycles are geared up for the competition, said Nasan.
According to the organizing committee, 20 racers from Mongolia will participate in the rally, and L. Batbold, who once won championships in intercontinental competitions, caught the attention of all spectators.
In motorcycle group, there are 48 riders, with the youngest being a 14 years old boy from Mongolia.
