Spurs stay hot with win over Thunder

NEW YORK - The San Antonio Spurs beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 109-104 on Sunday to win their sixth consecutive game and go top of the Southwest Division.

Tim Duncan scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Spurs, who led by 26 points in the second quarter before the Thunder outscored them 60-47 in the third and fourth.

Tony Parker added 22 points and seven assists.

San Antonio (15-8) moved a half-game ahead of New Orleans and Houston in the Southwest Division.

The loss was the seventh in a row for the visiting Thunder, who have the league's worst record (2-23).

Jeff Green scored 33 points and Kevin Durant contributed 28 points and 13 rebounds for the Thunder.
