Entry and Exit Inspection

1. Regulations on Exit-Entry Inspection Procedures for Tourists

Tourists entering China should submit their valid passports or other documents to the immigration inspection station; departing tourists should show their boarding passes. Tourists will be allowed to depart or enter after passing immigration inspection.

Foreign tourists need to fill in a foreigner’s exit-entry form. The inspection station will keep the arrival card and tourists will keep the departure card after they complete the procedures. Tourists holding a group visa to China do not need to fill in the exit-entry form.

2.Regulations on Exit-Entry of Guns and Ammunition for Tourists

Tourists who lose their passports in China should apply to their embassies or consulates in China for new ones. Tourists should then go to the exit-entry department of the local public security bureau to undergo entry procedures.
