The China Coal Market Forum and Trade Fair 2014 opened at the China (Taiyuan) Coal Transaction Center, in the city of Taiyuan, Shanxi province,on Dec 12.
There was an Electricity and Coal Trade Fair on the side of the Coal Trade Fair 2014, in the China (Taiyuan) Coal Transaction Center, on Dec 14, which pulled in senior government officials of Shanxi province and enterprise representatives from the coal and power sectors.
As a part of the China Coal Market Summit and Trade Fair, there was an additional event, the "Dealers Image Exhibition and Communication", on Dec 13, that got an enthusiastic response from participants.
By the opening of the 2014 China Coal Market Forum and Trade Fair, in the city of Taiyuan, Shanxi province, on Dec 12, the coal spot transactions in the China Taiyuan Coal Transaction Center (CTCTC) had exceeded the 100-billion–yuan mark.
Shanxi province has a total of 11 enterprises that have made the Top 500 Chinese enterprises list, compiled by the China Enterprise Confederation (CEC) and China Enterprise Directors Association, for this year, which appeared on Aug 31.
The Shanxi Coking Coal (Group) Co signed a cooperation agreement with the China Datang Corp, in Taiyuan, the Shanxi provincial capital, on August 8, marking a great step forward in the coal-electricity integration of the province.
