Chamber of commerce for technologically innovative enterprises established in Beijing E-Town

On Sept 20, the first meeting of the E-Town•Chamber of Commerce for Technology and Science was held in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. The new chamber of commerce, the first such organization for technological innovation enterprises in Beijing, is centered on combining multi-services and enterprises and building a communication platform. It will promote sharing of service resources and create an innovative environment to promote the development of technological and scientific enterprises.
At its first meeting the chamber of commerce launched an innovative fund jointly hosted with E-Town Capital. The fund will be applied to intelligent manufacturing, biological medicine, TMT, and cultural innovation. It will be the preferred way into the capital market.
At the meeting, the senior vice president of the new E-Town chamber, who is also the CEO of Mobile E-Town, signed a “China and Europe Cooperation Framework Agreement” with the director of the China Europe International Technical Cooperation Industrial Alliance. The intention is to establish cooperative relationships with European enterprises and promote the development of China and Europe cooperative projects to improve E-Town's competitiveness.
