Six enterprises including Huilongsen International Enterprise Incubator Company, Fengchuang Science Park and AK Valley were designated as sub-venues of E-town’s road show center on September 8.

Beijing’s E-town road show center is a brand activity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei scientific and innovative public service platform. It has held more than 50 road shows since it was launched in August, 2015. A number of projects have found financial support and settled down in E-town through the road shows, which greatly contribute to E-town’s mass entrepreneurship and innovation.

According to a meeting of E-town’s science and technology bureau in 2016, the road center will set up 19 sub-venues to bring together startups and investment resources, and to promote interactions between enterprises and institutes.

A road show themed on “join hands with E-town to see the future” was held in E-town on September 6, aiming at helping the start-up teams to connect with investors and at accelerating transformation and updating of traditional industry.

Six start-up teams presented various aspects of their projects from business mode, technology, competitive advantages, and team structure to industry prospects in order to attract investment. In the end, the Mystery Mirror project was awarded the road show’s first prize.

Attendees at the road show forum discussed how traditional manufacturing can transform to intelligent manufacturing.

In addition to the one on Sept 6 another successful road show was recently presented in E-town by four enterprises. The participants, who delighted their audience with their imaginative ideas, specialized in remote education, mobile games and AR/VR products for tourist spots.
