Sun Yimin
Born in Aug 1963, Sun is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with a postgraduate degree.
Sun joined the work force in July 1986. From July 1986 to November 2001, he worked for the No 2 Middle School, the education committee, the township and enterprise bureau and the economic and trade commission in Xi'an's Yanliang district.
From November 2001 to November 2008, Sun worked for the Yanliang economic development zone administrative committee as deputy director, deputy general manager of the Economic Development Zone Co, director, general manager of the Economic Development Zone Co, deputy director of the Yanliang Aviation Technology Industrial Park management office in the Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone and director of the environmental protection bureau of the Yanliang Aerospace High-tech Industry base management committee.
From November 2008 to August 2009, Sun worked as deputy director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park (ITL Park).
From August 2009 to March 2017, Sun served as the deputy director of the ITL Park and member of the Party working committee.
In March 2017, Sun was appointed as director of the ITL Park and deputy director of the park's Party working committee. Currently, he presides over the ITL Park administrative committee, Party working committee office, management committee office, and is in charge of Lugang Group Company and the ITL Park administrative committee's finance bureau and personnel bureau.
Chen Bo
Chen Bo, born in January 1973, is a member of the CPC with on-the-job postgraduate training.
From July 1995 to October 2004, Chen worked in the Xi'an office of the Shaanxi Military Region of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and political department of the Xi'an garrison command.
From October 2004 to October 2006, Chen worked at the secretariat of Xi'an government office.
From October 2006 to April 2010, Chen served as deputy director and office director of the Policy and Regulation Department of the Xi'an city administration Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement Bureau.
From April 2010 to July 2018, Chen worked as the office director of the Xi'an bureau for letters and calls and the head of Xi'an comprehensive guidance department.
In July 2018, Chen was appointed as deputy secretary of the Party working committee of the ITL Park. He has been in charge of Party affairs, publicity, supervision and assessment, reform, judicial, comprehensive management, discipline inspection and supervision of the management committee, audit, social insurance, talent service, legal system, confidentiality, e-government, open government affairs, reception, emergency, foreign affairs, logistics management, spiritual civilization, the Party committees, commissions, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the women's federation, the united front, the Shaanxi National Advertising Industry Park.
Chen assists Sun Yimin in the daily work of the Party working committee, including Party affairs, publicity, supervision and assessment, comprehensive management, social insurance, foreign affairs, logistics management, spiritual civilization and helps Sun with managing the Party working committee office, the management committee and the personnel bureau, coordinating the work of the People's Congress and the CPPCC, and contacting Xinzhu Street, Xinhe Street.
Li Xiang
Li Xiang, born in September 1964, is from Wugong county in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province. He started to work in July 1985 and is a member of the CPC. He graduated from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.
From July 1985 to April 2009, Li worked in the school's mechanics teaching and research department and the Shaanxi Weihe Chemical Fertilizer Plant.
He has served as deputy director and director of the Xi'an Lianhu district construction bureau, deputy director of the Xi'an planning bureau Lianhu branch, and director of the Xi'an Lianhu district development and reform commission.
April 2009–November 2010: director of the ITL Park management committee construction bureau, director of the Xi'an Bonded Logistics Park development and construction management office.
November 2010–August 2015: member of ITL Park's Party working committee and secretary of the park's Party discipline working committee, appointed by the Xi'an city Party discipline committee.
August 2015 - present: deputy director of the management committee of Xi'an ITL Park and the member of the Party working committee.
He is now responsible for land acquisition and demolition, urban village reconstruction, urban and rural planning, urban comprehensive management, meteorology, agriculture and forestry, water affairs, poverty alleviation and development, comprehensive law enforcement and stability and manages the comprehensive law enforcement bureau, the land acquisition and demolition coordination service office and the urban and rural coordination bureau and connects the public security, procuratorate and the court.
Huang Yuhui
Huang Yuhui is a CPC member born in 1969. She holds a postgraduate's degree and has had on-the-job postgraduate education.
July 1991–January 2000: worked at China Northwest Airlines (purchased by China Eastern Airlines in 2002).
January 2000–August 2004: worked as business manager of LSG Lufthansa Sky Chefs in China.
August 2004–May 2011: worked at the Xi'an Hi-tech Industries and Development Zone's management committee and Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-tech Industrial Base's management committee; served as deputy director of the base's investment bureau and director of its international cooperation bureau.
May 2011–May 2016: served as deputy director and Party member of the foreign and overseas Chinese affairs office of the Xi'an city government.
May 2016–present: served as member of the Party working committee at Xi'an ITL Park and deputy director of the park's management committee. Currently, she is in charge of the park's planning bureau, bureau of investment promotion, finance and rent office and e-commerce office.
Su Guofeng
Su Guofeng, born in June 1973, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree of law. He started work in November 1995.
November 1995-August 2009: served as the clerk and assistant judge of the Xi'an Xincheng district court, assistant director and deputy director of the Xi'an Xincheng district justice bureau and deputy director of the Xi'an Xincheng district supervision bureau.
From September 2009 to May 2016, Su worked in the management committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park as the deputy director of the Land Acquisition and Demolition Office and the director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park branch bureau of the Xi'an bureau of land resources.
In May 2016, Su was appointed as the deputy director of the management committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and has been in charge of the construction, management, transportation, logistics, social undertakings, civil administration, science, education, culture, hygiene, press and publication, radio and television, ethnic religion, sports, tourism, armed forces, population and planning work on fertility, land and resources, geological disasters, geological exploration, fire protection, and safe production within Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park.
He has also served as head of the business promotion bureau, construction bureau, land and resources bureau, social enterprise bureau and safety production supervision bureau of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, served as liaison for the Xi'an customs, China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co (Xinzhu Station) and Xinzhu Railway Container Center Station and coordinated work on electric power and urban rail transit construction.
Wang Dongwei
Wang Dongwei, born in November 1966 in Jinghai, Hebei province, is a CPC member.
From November 1984 to March 1992, he worked in the political work department of the Xi'an municipal administration for industry and commerce as a clerk, staff member, and deputy director of the office.
From March 1992 to October 1997, he worked at the trade market management office of the sub-bureau of the Xi'an municipal administration for industry and commerce as the deputy director, clerk director and director of the management office.
From October 1997 to June 2016, he served as a member of the Party committee and deputy director of the Yanta branch of the Xi'an municipal administration for industry and commerce, head of the market regulation management department of the Xi'an administration municipal for industry and commerce and director of the Xi'an municipal administration for industry and commerce.
Since July 2016, he has served as a member of the CPC working committee at the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park.
Miao Ji
Miao Ji, is a CPC member born in March 1980 in Luoyang, Hebei province. He started work in July 2002 and served in various positions at the School of Civil Engineering at Xi'an University of Agriculture and technology.
October 2012-March 2013: deputy director of the chief engineer office of the Xi'an municipal planning bureau.
March 2013-June 2014: director of the Beilin branch of the Xi'an municipal planning bureau.
June 2014-January 2017: director of the construction planning department of the Xi'an municipal planning bureau.
January 2017-May 2018: director of the engineering planning department of the Xi'an municipal planning bureau.
May 2018-present: member of the CPC working committee and deputy director of the management committee of the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park.
Miao has previously been in charge of the layout, housing security and management, urban appearance, environmental protection, gardens and cultural relics of Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park. He has also assisted in managing the park's planning bureau, housing management bureau, and the environmental protection bureau and helped Chen Bo contact Xinhe Street.
Yang Yi
Yang Yi is a CPC member born in April 1975 in Anyang, Hebei province. She started to work in July 1998.
July 2011-April 2014: deputy head of the secretariat of the Xi'an Party committee office.
April 2014-May 2018: head of the policy and regulation department of the Xi'an Party committee office.
May 2018-present: member of the CPC working committee and deputy director of the management committee of the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park.
Yang has previously managed the business environment, administrative examination and approval, free trade zone construction, market supervision, and food and drug supervision of Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park. She has also co-managed the park's free trade office, administrative approval service bureau and the food and drug administration and served as liaison for the park's branch bureau of industry and commerce, branch bureau of quality supervision and taxation bureau. She also helped Chen Bo to contact Xinhe Street.
Ju Jinwei
Qu Jinwei is a CPC member born in July 1975 in Xi'an. She holds a master's degree in engineering. She joined the work force in 1993.
October 1993–June 2009: deputy secretary and later secretary of the Communist Youth League committee at the Xi'an public transportation bureau.
June 2009–May 2016: worked at Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park. Served as comprehensive section chief of the park's management committee, director of the park's human resources and social services bureau, and deputy general manager of Xi'an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group Co.
June 2016–present: general manager of Xi'an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group Co.
Qu has presided over the work of Xi'an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group Co.
