Xi’an to hold several job fairs in March

To meet the needs of college graduates in the upcoming peak recruitment period, several job fairs will be held targeting the Talent Market of Xi’an, capital city of Northwest China’s Shaanxi province in March, xinhuanet.com reported on Feb 18.

According to the schedule, five comprehensive recruitment activities will be held on March 5, 12, 15, 16 and 26.

Special recruiting for administrative, financial and clerical positions will be held on March 1 and 2; recruitment for marketing, skills and services positions on March 7,14 and 21; for hotels, supermarkets and trade opportunities on March 22 and 23; and recruitment for IT, electronics, operational and manufacturing positions on March 29 and 30.

In addition, the seventh Female Special Job Fair, organized by Xi’an Talent Center, will be held on March 8 and 9. A supply-and-demand trainee meeting for Xi’an’s college graduates will also be held on March 19 and a special job fair for private enterprises will be held on March 28. These job fairs will be free of charge to all jobseekers.

Apart from the various industrial job fairs, the information windows in Xi’an’s Talent Market will release the latest recruitment information from about 400 enterprises every day, offering about 2,000 job opportunities for those seeking jobs.
