Editor's Notes: The southeast coastal city Xiamen is undergoing the "urban-rural integration" that will develop the vast area on the mainland into the level of Xiamen Island. With the national policy slope to accelerate the development of the western bank of the Taiwan Strait and the upcoming Shanghai World Expo, Xiamen is faced with tremendous opportunity to develop.
