Firefighters rush to the scene to put out the fire in a highrise which is still under construction in Zhuzhou city, central China's Hunan provincem, October 7, 2009. The fire broke out on the top of the building and soon spread to the whole structure and the neighbouring buildings. The fire has now been under control and the cause is still under investigation.
