One of five Chinese sturgeon given by China's National Aquatic Wildlife Conservation Association swims at Hong Kong's Ocean Park, Tuesday June 24, 2008. A rare Chinese sturgeon died in the Hong Kong amusement park after being bitten by barracudas housed in the same aquarium. The death early Monday came just three days after the fish was unveiled for public viewing, Hong Kong's Ocean Park said in a statement late Monday. Sturgeons are endangered species and classified as protected animals in China. [Agencies]
