Comment on "Debate: Income disparity" (China Daily, July 19)

It is difficult for non-economists to comprehend such economic analysis - but it is highly interesting to discern that very serious discussions are being conducted among China's experts - to prevent a serious wealth and income division which eventually could destabilize China's national project. And it is very encouraging that such discussions are published and made available to the international public - both the sympathetic as well as the hostile.
