Comment on "Maturing in diplomacy" (April 12, China Daily)

I have a few questions for the author:

Do recent US-India treaties on building nuclear plants for India infringe on the principle of non-proliferation?

Does Western help, directly or indirectly, in the buildup of Israeli nuclear weapons capability, infringe on the spirit of non-proliferation?

Why must Iran listen to the nuclear powers regarding the buildup of nuclear power reactors or even the development of nuclear weapons? Doesn't any country, faced with constant threats of invasion, have the right of developing such weapons for self-defense? Or is it carved in stone that weak countries must listen to powerful countries on the pain of "shock and awe" invasions, as what had happened to Iraq?
