The Monument to the National Unity Oath is located in the National Unity Garden in Pu’er city’s Ning’er county, and it was established in 1951 by 26 ethnic representatives and Party heads. It has borne witness to the progress in China’s national unity development and was named one of the key cultural relics under State protection in 2006.
