The State High-tech Industrial Development Zone in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region capital of Urumqi held a job fair on Feb 27 and 28.

Approximately 20 employers attended the event, hoping to fill 257 vacant positions in fields such as equipment manufacturing, new energy, pharmaceutical and petrochemical. Job seekers submitted over 600 resumes over the two days.
