Shenyang Pearl Lake

Pearl (Zhenzhu) Lake is located in Liaozhong district of Shenyang, capital of Northeast China's Liaoning province, about 31 kilometers from downtown Shenyang.

With a water area of 1,667 hectares, the lake has seven islands. It is the only plain water reservoir in Liaoning province.

With a beautiful landscape, the lake attracts hordes of tourists every year, especially in summer, when more than 533 hectares of lotus flowers are in blossom and a lotus flower festival is held.
