10 Shenyang museums resume normal opening times

Ten museums in Shenyang, the capital city of Northeast China’s Liaoning province, resumed normal opening times for all their exhibition halls from May 9, according to local reports.

The museums in question include the Shenyang Palace Museum, Marshal Zhang's Mansion Museum, the Shenyang Financial Museum, the 9.18 Historical Museum, Shenyang Exhibition Hall of the Former Site of the Tribunal for the Trial of Japanese War Criminals and the Shenyang Xinle Ancient Ruins Museum.

The others are the Shenyang Khan Palace Relics Exhibition Hall, the Exhibition Hall of the Former Site of the Northeast Army Lecture Hall, the Shengjing Beilin Exhibition Hall and the Zhengjiawazi Bronze Short Sword Tomb Exhibition Hall.

Comprehensive novel coronavirus epidemic protective measures for visitors are being provided, according to officials.

Meanwhile, the Shenyang Exhibition Hall of the Former Site of the WWII Allied Prisoner-of-war Camp and the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of CPC’s Manchuria Provincial Committee are closed due to renovation work.
