A wood-cut prints exhibition themed on China’s revolutionary history opened at the September 18th Incident Memorial Museum in Shenyang, capital of Northeast China’s Liaoning province on Dec 17.
The organizers said the exhibition displays more than 80 prints, most of which telling stories from the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45) to the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
It is being hosted by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Liaoning Provincial People’s Government and the Shenyang culture, tourism, radio and television bureau.
More than 150 people, including veterans and students, participated in the opening ceremony.
Organizers said the exhibition aims to promote patriotic education and it will run to early February in 2020.
