Shenyang Chorus Festival kicks off

The 5th Shenyang Chorus Festival began on June 10 at the Shengjing Grand Theater in Shenyang, Northeast China’s Liaoning province. Several choirs staged performances during the opening ceremony. Part of the 5th “Summer of Hunhe River” culture and art festival, the chorus festival will run for over three months and consist of performances themed around the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
