Shenyang to add new public service platforms

In order to start reforming the service industry, Shenyang has taken steps to promote innovation and opening-up, including making plans to build five to six new public service platforms each year.

Shenyang plans to encourage the local economy to move up the value chain to a high-end service industry by building business districts that integrate business, tourism and culture.

The key feature of the plan, promoting innovation, will be accomplished by encouraging enterprises to build brands with a reputation for quality. Opening-up of the economy will continue by encouraging new types of trade such as cross-border e-commerce.
