Liaoning General Chamber of Entrepreneurs founded in Shenyang

The founding ceremony for Liaoning General Chamber of Entrepreneurs was held in Shenyang, on Aug 31. It was part of the 2018 China Top 500 Private Enterprises Summit –– which took place in Shenyang, Northeast China’s Liaoning province from Aug 29 to 31.

Wang Jianlin, chairman of Wanda Group, and Cai Guanshen, president of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong, were elected as honorary chairmen of the chamber of commerce.

Liu Jiren, chairman of Chinese software giant Neusoft Corp, was elected as chairman of the chamber of commerce, and Zhu Jianmin, president of Oxiranchem Group was elected as executive chairman.

The establishment of the organization was supported by Liaoning businessmen doing business in the country, and also those in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

Liu Jiren said at the ceremony that the chamber of commerce will work to promote economic development of Liaoning province, and attract more Liaoning-born businessmen all over the world to return to the province to promote its development.

Wang Jianlin also addressed the crowd at the ceremony, pointing out that supporting the development of local enterprises is more important than introducing investment from other places, and would help revitalize regional economic development.
