High-quality route 5: Searching for ginkgo on campus

Many of Northeastern University’s buildings have a long history. The main building features a Russian architectural style, while Hanqing Hall is named for Zhang Xueliang, a former warlord.

Liaoning University offers beautiful scenery in autumn, ginkgo leaves lining the campus, surrounding Soviet-style red-brick teaching buildings and exuding tranquility.

Shenyang Agricultural University’s 1,430-meter-long ginkgo road is the longest in Shenyang.

Luxun Academy of Fine Arts was founded in Yan'an in 1938 with Chairman Mao Zedong personally writing its name and motto. In 2010, it was approved as a red classic art education base and named “China's First Class University”.

Shenyang Conservatory of Music is the only higher musical education institution in Northeast China. Its predecessor can be traced back to Luxun College of Art.
