Shenyang hosts intangible cultural heritage expo

An intangible cultural heritage exposition opened on June 15, at Huangsi culture square in Heping district, Shenyang, Liaoning province.

Hosted by the city’s culture, radio, film, TV, press and publications department and Heping district, this year’s expo features more than 200 exhibition stands divided into six categories.

Over 160 items of intangible cultural heritage are being displayed in the 6,000-square-meter exhibition area.

In addition, items representing the cultural heritages of other cities such as Beijing and Yan’an in Shaanxi province, will also be on display during the event.
