Shenyang lantern festival celebrates traditional holiday

The 2018 Shenyang international cultural lantern festival is under way at Shenyang Expo Park in Shenyang, Liaoning province, to celebrate Lantern Festival. Covering an area of 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares), the lanterns on exhibition measure a total length of 5.5 kilometers. It is themed on the Silk Road, showcasing features of countries along the Silk Road, as well as Shenyang’s development. [Photo/Xinhua]
