People in the city of Datong, Shanxi province have gotten busy with their shopping for the coming traditional Chinese New Year Festival, as small shopping malls across the city put up red lanterns, strings of lights, and other decorations with a horse connotation to help the locals celebrate Spring Festival and the New Year of the Horse.
