Peach Blossom Cave (a national class-A scenic spot)

Peach Blossom Cave is located 1,900 meters above sea level on Peach Blossom Mountain in Lingqiu county. Situated in the south of Tai Bai Wei Mountain, Peach Blossom Mountain has winding lush green areas and is known for its prolific spring peach blossoms.

In spring, there are peach blossoms everywhere. In summer, green trees create shade all around. In autumn, shrubs cover the entire mountain with red and yellow hues, bringing the mountains and forests to life and producing beautiful and pleasant scenery.

There are many caves on the mountain that are linked to one another. Some small caves lead to large ones. Inside the caves are stalactites of various shapes. Peach Blossom Cave’s main cave is 233 meters high and dates back more than 1.7 million years. The cave is still expanding to this day.
