The Shanxi Tianbao Wind Power Flange Co was established in Dingxiang county, Shanxi province, in 2008, on a 7-hectare piece of land and now has 60 million yuan ($9.63 million) in registered capital, and more than 300 employees, including senior engineers and technicians.
It specializes in manufacturing, especially forged pieces, including steel flanges, alloy steel flanges and ring-shaped pieces and has an overall chain that covers material sourcing, forging, heat treatment, machining, testing, and packaging.
It has a reputation for its smaller products -- less than 7,500 mm in diameter – and its advanced equipment and modern material processing system, with products that are recognized by prominent wind-turbine manufacturers and sold worldwide, including Brazil, India, and the United States.
