Shanxi villagers make dried persimmons

A villager makes dried persimmons in Maquangou village, Pinglu county, Shanxi province, Nov 7. Dried persimmons, shibin in Chinese, are prepared outdoors using traditional hand-drying techniques for two to three weeks.
