On offer was plenty of food with a Shanxi flavor that attracted many UN staff members and the head of the Shanxi province commercial department, Sun Yuejin, explaining that the exhibition shows that the province's food industry has found a new place in the world. The food feast, which lasts for four days, has 16 prominent Shanxi chefs showing their cooking methods, especially with Shanxi noodles, while a display of paper-cut art takes place on the sidelines.
