Shanghai's Lujiazui Financial City will start a month-long talent recruitment program at top universities across the country from March 12.

The annual project that began in 2009, aims to attract the best university graduates from all over the country to work in Lujiazui, boost the area's financial industry, and contribute to Shanghai's goal of becoming an international financial center.

Every year, local financial institutions and related enterprises are organized to launch job fairs at top Chinese universities. The positions on offer include a wide range of fields including finance and information technology.

This year the destinations include 14 universities such as Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, University of International Business and Economics, and Peking University.
