Qian Zhigang, born in January 1981, is a male of Han ethnicity from Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province. He entered the workforce in April 2004.
Qian is currently deputy head of Jiading district. He manages development and reform, finance, tax affairs, management of State-owned assets, statistics, and the business environment.
