The Shanghai Dite Precise Fastener Co, in the Jiading park area of the Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, near Shanghai’s Jiading district, recently became a part of the Agency Share Transfer System, which is an agent for clients to buy or sell the shares of listed companies, based on the contracts between security companies and the parties concerned and relies on the stock exchanges.

The Jiading Industrial Park has been encouraging its enterprises to get involved in the capital market and has helped develop some small-to-mid-sized companies (SMEs) with promise, while working on an innovative transformation of the park.

One example, the Shanghai Yecen Vehicle Inspection Technology Co, was listed on the Shanghai Equity Exchange, on Jan 16 of this year, and a company official has explained that this will help them attract more capital and get involved in acquisitions and reorganization.

The Zhangjiang High-Tech Park received the go-ahead as a pilot park for the transfer system in the second half of 2012 and many technology-oriented SMEs got in a frenzy of market share fever.

That listing fever got the full support of the Jiading Industrial Park, which more recently, has tried to simplify procedures for getting listed and to solve any problems they encounter.

It is also on the lookout for enterprises with potential and encourages them to carry them in joint-stock reforms to get prepared for listing. More than 20 enterprises have joined the park’s listing plan so far as part of the Transfer System.
