Shanghai Shineland Park

Shanghai Shineland Park is located in Nanxiang township, Shanghai city. Nanxiang township is a historical place with thousands of years of history. Its well-known Nanxiang steamed buns have been listed in the first batch of intangible cultural heritages in Shanghai.

Rankings from the National Bureau of Statistics show that Nanxiang's comprehensive strength ranks 81 among the thousands of towns in China. There are more than 200 foreign-invested enterprises in Nanxiang and over 30,000 privately-owned enterprises.

The park is in the center of the town, covering an area of 110.9 hectares with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters, which represents the trend of modern service industrial development in Nanxiang.

The park's construction is divided into three phases: phase one of construction involves the area of Shanghai Machine Tool Electrical Apparatus Factory Co Ltd, covering an area of 4.67 hectares with a construction area of 45,000 square meters.
