The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs sent a delegation to Belarus, Ukraine, and Italy, led by deputy administrator Zhou Changkui, from October 8 to November 17.

The delegation visited Belarusian State University, Belarusian National Technology University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the National Technical University of Ukraine, the Institute for Problems of Materials Science of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Royal Turin Polytechnic, Sapienza University of Rome, University of Rome Tor Vergata, and the Research & Development Center of Huawei in Milan.

The delegation learned about the cooperation between these institutions and Chinese institutions, and gathered their advice on sending experts to work in China.

The delegation also visited the Chinese embassies in Ukraine and Italy and learned about the conditions of technology, education, and professionals in these countries.
