Lu Ming, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, led a delegation to Germany, Switzerland and Austria from May 17 to 26.

The delegation visited universities and research institutions in Germany, and organized high-level professional trainings in advanced areas of these institutions; the delegation learned about Industry 4.0 and development of high-end equipment manufacturing in Germany, and discussed cooperation in cultivation of professional talents. The delegation also visited universities and colleges in Switzerland and Austria in regard to vocational education.
