Xia Mingjiu, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Okimura Kazuki, special consultant of the Japan Science and Technology Agency, on March 14. They exchanged views on international cooperation and talent exchange programs.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
