The launching ceremony of the Management and Service System for Foreigners Working in China was held in Beijing on January 11. Zhang jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), attended the launching ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. Lu Ming, deputy administrator of SAFEA, hosted the event.

Zhang said that integrating two working permits into one was significant to the introduction of foreign experts into China. The new management and service system for foreigners is an important measure to provide better services for foreigners working in China. The system should be user-friendly, stable, safe and efficient, and value users’ personal needs.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
