Processing agencies are the administrative departments for processing applications by foreigners for work permits in China under the provincial people’s governments and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, as well as the administrative departments for foreigners working in China under local people’s governments authorized by them or relevant agencies entrusted by them for this purpose.
