Lu Ming, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, led a delegation to Argentina, Peru, and the US from November 13 to 23 to explore foreign training resources, expand new training channels, and inspect current cooperation with foreign training institutions.

The delegation visited the University of Belgrano and Institute of Public Finance in Argentina, and met with the cultural counselor of the Chinese embassy in Argentina. They also visited Saint Martin’s University in Peru, met with representatives from the School of Management Science and Engineering in Stanford University and UC Berkeley, and discussed talent training projects with IBM.
