The closing ceremony for a seminar entitled Overseas Expertise Introduction and Information Communication Technology Promotion for Officials of Developing Countries was held in Beijing on November 7.

Fifty trainees from 15 countries, including Egypt, Ethiopia, and Cuba, were awarded certificates upon completing the course.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
