Zhou Changkui, deputy administrator of the State Adminstation of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with professor Leo P. Ligthart and his wife from Delft University of Technology in Netherlands on November 8.

The parties exchanged views on international talent communication and professional training programs. Professor Ligthart said that he would keep in touch with Chinese researchers and help promote the development of relevant subjects in Chinese universities. Zhou spoke highly of professor Ligthart’s contribution to education in China and expressed his wish that he would continue to follow the progress of high-level education in the country and help improve discipline construction in Chinese universities.
