Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with the administrator of Satakunta, Finland, on November 7. They discussed future cooperation between China and Finland, and economic and cultural development in the two countries. Zhang said that as Finland has great innovative power, and China has a huge market, there could be a lot of opportunities for the two to cooperate in education and other areas.
