On September 29, the Hubei provincial government held a reception ceremony to celebrate the 67th National Day, at which 12 high-level foreign experts were presented with 2016 Hubei Chime Bell Prizes.

Wang Xiaodong, deputy secretary of the Hubei provincial Party committee, presented the awards to the winners and thanked them for supporting the development of Hubei province. Hubei has been promoting structural reform and achieved good progress during the 12th Five-Year Plan.

Officials from foreign embassies in Hubei, “1000 Talent Plan” experts, “100 foreign experts plan” members, Chinese Government Friendship Award winners, Hubei Chime Bell Prize winners, high-level foreign experts in Hubei and their families, and other guests were invited to the reception ceremony.
