Xia Mingjiu visits Spain, Switzerland and Japan

Xia Mingjiu, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), visited Spain, Switzerland and Japan from May 26 to June 4. Xia and the delegation visited famous universities of these countries including the Technical University of Madrid, the University of Barcelona, the University of Zurich and Waseda University. Xia introduced China’s foreign expert recruitment system to further cooperation with these universities.
Xia was accompanied by officials from SAFEA’s relevant departments.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
