China international exchange association signs agreement with Israeli foreign ministry

The China Association of International Personnel Exchanges reached a 2-year cooperation agreement with the foreign ministry of Israel’s international cooperation center, in Beijing, on June 12, with Zhang Jianguo, director general of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) and Israel’s Ambassador to China Matan Vilnai signing.

At a discussion before the ceremony, Zhang thanked Vilna for Israel's efforts cooperation and exchange efforts during his time in office the great support for SAFEA and the personnel association in bringing in talented personnel and said that he hopes the two organizations can increase their cooperation and that the two Chinese organizations will continue to work with Israeli foreign ministry's international cooperation center and the embassy in China.

Vilnai said that they value China-Israel exchanges and cooperation and that he has taken part in training sessions in Israel arranged by the foreign experts association many times and has seen a great increase in cooperation during his tenure.

Taking part in the exchanges were Liu Yanguo, deputy director general of the foreign experts office, Liu Yongzhi, general director of the personnel association and other officials.

What we do

SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
