Recently, David Watkins, ReSource Pro Chairman, was curiously observing an innovation practice demonstration carried out by a group of junior employees in their Qingdao office in East China’s Shandong province.

As a slew of data began to populate the empty fields, a young man named Andy Shen excitingly explained how he wrote a script that accesses and organizes client data to automate business processing tasks that were previously done manually.

In 2013 the company launched an innovation campaign named Advance It, mobilizing the company’s over two thousand Chinese employees to increase productivity and efficiency.

“I am excited to see the innovative power of our Chinese employees. They have made a difference beyond my expectations,” said David Watkins.

ReSource Pro is an insurance back office solutions provider with operations in the US, China and India. The company provides services to more than 260 clients, each with different insurance processes and procedures, and a range of unique technology platforms.

As part of the industrial trend, their clients started to expect vendors to provide more value instead of simply cutting cost from two years ago.
