Qingdao establishes cross-border e-commerce association

A cross-border e-commerce association was set up recently in Qingdao to stimulate the development of the industry, the Qingdao Daily reported on June 8.

The association has 120 members, including enterprises engaged in cross-border e-commerce and providing third-party services.

Qingdao's cross-border e-commerce is already stable after years' cultivation.

According to the local customs offices, 40 businesses in Qingdao carried out cross-border e-commerce transactions during the first four months this year, with goods worth $18.75 million.
